1. What Is Vacuum-Cooking you ask:
Disclaimer: Vacuum-cooking is NOT deep frying.
Vacuum cooking is carried out at a very low pressure and temperature (70 degrees only). The low temperature minimises the change of the properties of the freshly sourced vegetables - preserving their nutrients, fibre, flavour and colour. The end result is getting snacks that are tasty, healthy, crunchy and very low on fat.

Digestive biscuits are considered to be high on fibre content has 8 gms dietary fibre in the entire pack. TBH Crunchies have close to 20 gms Fibre in just one pack.

Store in a cool and dry place. TBH crunchies have a shelf life of 6 months but once opened, they need to be stored in an air-tight container, consumable in 1-2 days.
6. Can your products be consumed by kids?
Our snacks can be consumed by kids, in fact we have 2 year olds munching on our products too. TBH crunchies is a great way of making your kids eat the required veggies in a fun and a tasty way.
7. Can diabetes ridden people enjoy TBH Crunchies?
Every dietary program is different for different people. We recommend checking with your physician or registered dietician before consuming our snacks.
8. What products can be consumed by Jains?
We cook and serve the Chickpeas, Tomato and Okra variants for our Jain munchers.

Minimum order value is INR 299.
2. What are your delivery/shipping charges?
Delivery is free for orders above Rs. 299.
3. Do you have COD?
Yes, we do have COD available at a nominal fee of INR 100.
4. Do you ship internationally?
We currently do not ship internationally and only ship PAN India.
5. What is the estimated delivery time?
We ship throughout the week, except on Sundays & Public holidays only through reputed logistics partners. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of receipt. Orders placed from Delhi NCR are delivered within 2 working days after dispatch and others orders will take 5-6 Days (these delays are due to lockdown restrictions).
6. Are there any hidden costs?

3. Can I cancel my order?
After placing the order, the customer can cancel the order within 24 hours if he/she wishes to, by e-mailing us or calling us on the details provided above.
In case a payment has already been made, the refund amount will be processed via the same payment gateway which was used to make the payment within 5 working days. Only defective and damaged products will be replaced within 2 working days from the day of delivery. Packs once opened cannot be returned.
